Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies.
Our affiliate is Regal Advisory Services, Inc.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Regal Securities does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
Regal Securities does not jointly market with nonaffiliated companies.
Other important information
Our approach may differ from various states.
Regal Securities has entered into a Protocol for Broker Recruiting with certain other brokerage firms under which your advisor may take your personal information – specifically your name, address, telephone number, email address, and account title – in the event your financial advisor leaves Regal Securities and joins one of the other member brokerage firms.
Third party services
For account funding, Regal Securities uses Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather your data from financial institutions. By using the Service, you grant Regal Securities and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid end user privacy policy.
