Options involve risk and are not suitable for all investors. Certain requirements must be met to trade options through Investrade. Trade more than 300 Stocks, including the NASDAQ 100® and the most active NASDAQ issues and the NASDAQ 100 Tracking Stock. Only unconditional limit orders on exchange listed and NASDAQ securities are eligible for execution, any size.
Extended Hours Trading: Prices in Extended Hours Trading Session may vary from the close or opening of the primary U.S. markets during regular trading hours. Also, quotations and transaction prices may vary among different extended hours trading systems.
Only unconditional limit orders on exchange listed and NASDAQ securities are eligible for execution during the Extended Hours Trading Session. Not every security is eligible for Extended Hours Trading. If an order is not executed, it will expire automatically at 6:00 EST. (no GTC orders) Orders must be placed with a time in force of GTEM (Good Till Extended Market)
- Foreign Securities and Currency Settlement
- Foreign currency execution orders are executed at the foreign exchange not against US market makers and during U.S. or foreign exchange hours. Orders can be placed in USD or foreign currency and will be converted to USD periodically.
- Restricted Securities Transactions
- Restricted securities are securities under a sales restriction in order to prevent premature selling that might adversely affect a company. These securities are acquired in unregistered, private sales from the issuer or from an affiliate of the issuer. Investors typically receive restricted securities through private placement offerings, Regulation D offerings, employee stock benefit plans, as compensation for professional services, or in exchange for providing or start-up capital to the company. Restricted stock must be traded in compliance with special SEC regulations. Rule 144(a) (3) identifies what sales produce restricted securities.

- A plan offered by many corporations allowing investors to automatically reinvest their cash dividends and capital gains distributions by purchasing additional shares or fractional shares on the dividend payment date, usually on a monthly basis. Regal charges no additional fees for this service.
Dividend reinvestment programs do not assure a profit or protect against loss in declining markets.
- Cashless Exercise and Processing Employee Stock Option Plans
- A cashless exercise transaction is used when exercising employee stock options (ESO), without using your personal funds to execute the transaction. You may exercise your stock options and immediately sell the optioned shares (option cost, taxes and applicable fees are subtracted from your sale proceeds) or sell the applicable amount of shares to cover costs while retaining the remaining shares.
- Online Account Access for Clients
- Clients may access balances, activity and account statements by logging in at http://online.regalsecurities.com using their Customer ID and Password.
- Electronic Statements and Confirms
- In lieu of a hard copy statements and confirms by regular mail, eDocuments give you immediate access to your account information. eDocuments contain the same information as those delivered by mail, are accessible for up to one rolling calendar year, and can be conveniently viewed from any location with Internet access.
